For over thirty years, every member of our team has worked with dedication, passion and attention to detail. Paolo Lamantea, Head Sommelier, welcomes the bride and groom, guiding them through exclusive settings and refined food and wine choices. Antonio Sinigaglia, General Manager, offers his experience and vision, ensuring that every stage of the reception runs smoothly and reflects the couple’s plans and wishes. Sabino Nanni, Wedding Coordinator, is the point of reference between the couple and the internal team, supporting the bride and groom in all stages of the organisation and coordinating every aspect with care, precision and an overview, with the support of Maria Luisa Centrone.
